How to install
- Download Official Setup File: Visit the official ProtonVPN website, log in or create a free account, navigate to the downloads section, and click Download ProtonVPN for Windows to fetch the installer.
- Launch Installer Executable: Open your system Downloads directory and double-click the downloaded file. Click Yes when the Windows User Account Control (UAC) prompt asks for administrator permission.
- Execute Installation Wizard: Choose your installation language, select your preferred installation path, and click Next to let the wizard install network TAP/TUN adapters and core program files.
- Complete Setup and Launch: Click Finish to complete the wizard and open the ProtonVPN application on your desktop.
- Log In and Connect: Enter your Proton account credentials, click Sign In, and click the Quick Connect button to secure your connection through the fastest nearby server immediately.
