How to install
- Download Official Client Setup: Visit the official Zoom download portal and click Download under Zoom Workplace Desktop App to save the setup file.
- Launch Installer File: Open your system Downloads folder and double-click the installer executable. Click Yes if the Windows User Account Control (UAC) prompt requests permission.
- Automatic Installation: The installer automatically extracts application dependencies and initializes the desktop workspace without requiring complex setup steps.
- Sign In or Join Meeting: Click Sign In to log in with your existing credentials (or Google/SSO account), or click Join a Meeting to enter a meeting directly using a Meeting ID.
- Configure Audio & Video: Open the settings gear icon in the top right corner to test your microphone, speakers, and webcam before starting your first session.
