How to install

  1. Download Official Installer: Visit the official TotalAV website, select your platform version, and click Free Download to save the web setup file (.exe for Windows or .pkg/.dmg for Mac).
  2. Launch Setup File: Open your system Downloads directory and double-click the file. Click Yes when prompted by Windows User Account Control (UAC) to grant administrator access.
  3. Execute Automated Installation: Click Install in the TotalAV setup window. The wizard will automatically download the core security components and install program files onto your drive.
  4. Sign In and Initial Scan: Open TotalAV, create a new account or sign in with your credentials, and click Run Smart Scan to perform an immediate threat check on your computer.
